My progress is gone

The save is on the phone and nowhere else. If you uninstalled the app or cleared its data, the save went with it, and there is no cloud copy to restore from. Sorry.

How do I turn the sound or the vibration off

Both are in the game's settings, along with the music. They are separate, so you can keep one and drop the other.

Delete my data

Everything the game keeps is on your phone, so uninstalling it removes the lot. There is no account and no server, so there is nothing to ask me to delete.
