Log a fish in a few taps and Fish Vault fills in the place, the time of day from the real sunrise, the season, the moon and the weather. Every fish goes on a heatmap, and your own patterns come out in plain words.

What it does
A catch log that keeps your marks to yourself.

Logged at the water
Species from a catalogue of 107, weight in pounds and ounces or kilos, length and photos. The place comes from your phone and drops into the spot you're fishing.

Dawn means dawn
The time of day is worked out from the real sunrise and sunset where and when each fish came out, so a 6am pike in June and one in December are told apart.

A heatmap of your fish
Every fish on one map. The water you catch most in glows hottest, and closing in on a lake turns the heat into the fish that made it.

Sessions, blanks and all
Start a session when you arrive and every fish goes into it. Blank days are kept, so fish per hour tells the truth about a water or a season.

Your patterns, in words
Your best season, spot, time of day and species, written plainly. Under eight fish it won't call a pattern at all.

Your marks stay yours
Everything lives on your phone. Friends are optional, and even then where a fish was caught is never shared. Backup with photos and spreadsheet export are free.

Fish Vault is free and has no adverts. One payment unlocks the deeper digging, if you want it.

Logging, photos, sessions, spots, the heatmap, personal bests and your season, spot, species and time of day patterns are all free. So are backup and spreadsheet export.
Friends are free too, and optional. Nothing leaves the phone until you turn them on, and where you fish never does.
Fish Vault Pro is one payment for the conditions tables, which moon, pressure and temperature your fish come in, and the baits and methods that have actually caught.
Privacy and support
Your log, your photos and every place you've fished stay on your phone. Friends see only the fish you share, never where they were caught. The full privacy policy says exactly what is kept and what is sent.
