Common questions

My progress is gone

The save is on the phone. If you uninstalled the game or cleared its data, the save went with it, unless your phone's backup to your Google account brings it back when you reinstall. Sorry.

I reinstalled and my purchases are missing

Open Settings, Restore purchases. No Ads, the Coin Doubler, the Legends Pack, the Starter Pack and the Chonk Club belong to your Google account, so they come back on any phone signed in to it. Gems, coins and the Sky Pass are part of your save and go with it.

I bought something and it didn't arrive

Close the game fully and open it again. If it still hasn't arrived, email me with the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA) and I'll sort it out.

How do I cancel the Chonk Club or get a refund

The Chonk Club is cancelled in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. It carries on until the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Google Play from your order history. If that doesn't work for you, email me and I'll help.

Why am I seeing adverts

The game is free, and adverts pay for it. The banner sits at the bottom of the menus and never shows during a run. A full-screen advert only appears between runs, never in your first few, and videos only play when you tap for a reward. No Ads turns off the banner and the full-screen adverts for good. Where the law gives you the choice, Settings, Advert privacy choices is where you change whether adverts are personalised.

How do I turn the sound, the music or the announcer off

All three are in the game's settings, along with vibration. They are separate, so you can keep one and drop the others.

Delete my data

Everything the game keeps is on your phone, so uninstalling it removes the lot. There is no account and no server of mine. What adverts and purchases send to Google and RevenueCat is covered in the privacy policy.
