What you get

A game that runs on your phone. It is free to play, with adverts. Every meme flies exactly the same, so nothing you buy makes a run easier to score in.

Coins, gems and capsules

Coins and gems exist only inside the game. They have no value outside it, can't be exchanged for money or anything else, and can't be moved to another player. Gems can be bought with real money and turned into coins, and coins open capsules, so real money can end up spent on a capsule. Each capsule gives one meme at random: common 55 percent, rare 30 percent, epic 12 percent, legendary 3 percent. The odds are shown on the capsule screen before you open one, and after eight capsules in a row with nothing new, the next one is guaranteed to be a meme you don't have.

Purchases

Gem packs, the Starter Pack, the Legends Pack, No Ads, the Coin Doubler, the Sky Pass and flash deals are one-off purchases through Google Play, at the price Google Play shows you before you pay. The Starter Pack can be bought once. No Ads, the Coin Doubler, the Legends Pack and the Starter Pack stay with your Google account and come back with Settings, Restore purchases, including on a new phone. Gems, coins and flash deals are part of your save.

Sky Pass

Each Sky Pass season lasts 28 days. Buying the Sky Pass unlocks the premium rewards for the season you buy it in, and it ends with that season. Rewards you have claimed are yours to keep. The Sky Pass is part of your save, so it doesn't come back with Restore purchases.

Chonk Club subscription

The Chonk Club is a monthly subscription through Google Play. It renews automatically every month at the price shown until you cancel it. If you cancel, the Club carries on until the end of the month you have paid for. Cancel it at any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.

Members get no banner or full-screen adverts, 30 gems a day when they claim them, 50 percent more Sky Pass XP, two free capsules a day, bigger daily rewards, unlimited Daily Flight tries, and Chonkolino Supremo with the Gold Dust trail, which they keep.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Rewarded adverts

Some rewards are offered for watching an advert to the end, such as coming back after a crash, doubling a run's coins, extra capsules or free coins. Each has a limit, and you never have to watch one.

Your save

Your progress is stored on the phone. There is no account, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data loses the save unless your phone's own backup brings it back.

Fair play

Modifying the game, its save data or its purchases is not allowed, and doing it may leave the save unreadable.

Liability

Meme Skies is provided as is. Pikeworks is not liable for lost saves, interrupted play or anything else that follows from using the game, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces this one.
