Common questions
A hint didn't fill the square in. Is it broken?
No, that's deliberate. A hint names the reasoning, such as a hidden single or a pointing pair, and lights up the squares that reasoning rests on. Placing the number is left to you, because that's the part worth doing. Three hints a puzzle are included, and Nine Complete takes the limit off.
Where are my games kept?
On your phone. There's no account and no server, so nothing is uploaded and nobody else can see your statistics.
How do I move to a new phone?
Settings, Back up everything, writes it all to a file. Copy that file across and use Restore from a backup on the new phone. Purchases are separate and come back by themselves on a phone signed in to the same store account.
Can more than one person use the app?
Yes. Settings has Who is playing, and each person gets their own games, settings and statistics, so a phone can be shared without mixing them up.
How do I change my answer about personalised adverts?
Settings, Privacy choices, then Change. It reopens Google's message and whatever you pick replaces your earlier answer.
How do I get rid of the adverts?
Just remove adverts takes them away and does nothing else. Nine Complete takes them away as well, and adds unlimited hints, the whole technique library, large print booklets to print and a choice of app icon. Both are one payment rather than a subscription.
Can I delete everything?
Uninstalling the app removes every game, setting and statistic, because all of it is on the phone and nothing is held anywhere else. If you just want to clear one person's records off a shared phone, Settings, Who is playing, has a Delete beside each one. Neither can be undone, so back up first if you might want any of it back.
