Undergloam is made by Pikeworks, a sole trader in Northern Ireland. It is a game you play on your phone, and nothing about you or your game is sent to me or to anyone else.
Your saved game
Your progress and your settings are saved on your phone, inside the game. There is no Undergloam account and no Undergloam server, so I never see your save, how far you have got or how long you have played.
What Undergloam collects
Nothing. It has no analytics, no crash reporting, no adverts and no tracking of any kind. On Android the game does not have permission to use the internet at all, and on iPhone it never makes a connection.
Permissions
- Vibration, on Android, for the small taps when you press a button or take a hit. You can turn them off in the game's Settings.
It asks for nothing else: no location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone and no camera.
Buying the game
Undergloam is paid for once, through Google Play or the App Store. They handle the payment and tell me only the totals I need for accounts and tax. I never see your name, email address or card details.
Children
Undergloam is a game for older children and adults, and it collects nothing from anyone.
Deleting your information
Everything Undergloam keeps is on your phone. Starting a new game replaces your save, and uninstalling the game removes it entirely. I do not hold a copy of anything.
Your rights
Because nothing reaches me, there is nothing for me to look up, correct or hand over. Under UK GDPR you can still ask me any question about it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces this one. If Undergloam ever needed to send anything anywhere, this page would say so before that version went out.
