The short version: you pay once, the whole game is yours, and your save stays on your phone.

The agreement

Undergloam is a game made by Pikeworks, a sole trader in Northern Ireland. By installing it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please uninstall it.

What you get

Undergloam is paid for once, through Google Play or the App Store. That price covers the whole game and the updates to it. There is no subscription, nothing to buy inside it and no adverts. You can play it on the devices your store account allows. You cannot resell it, take it apart to pass off as your own, or use it to break the law.

Refunds

Refunds go through the store you bought it from, under its own rules: Google Play and the App Store both let you ask for one. If something is wrong with the game, email me first and I will try to put it right.

Your saved game

Your progress is saved on your phone. I do not hold a copy, so I cannot restore a save that is lost when the game is uninstalled, the phone is reset or a new game is started over it.

Availability and liability

Undergloam is provided as it is and plays offline. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, Pikeworks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost progress, and any liability is limited to the price you paid for the game.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the EU, you keep the protections of your own local law.
